Initial Build

An initial upfront payment, between $3000 and $1500, is required.

Questions we get asked
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your site is finished and paid for. Most clients move to Ongoing care so hosting, backups, and updates keep running and they keep a pool of hours. If you'd rather host it elsewhere, we hand everything over.
Do I own the website?
For the first year we maintain control. After that everything, the design, the content, and the domain are yours, nothing is locked to us and you are free to take your data and go elsewhere.
What if I need more hours than I planned?
We'll tell you when you're getting close, and you can add hours at the same rate. No surprise invoices.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
It depends. There are some platforms we don't touch. Ongoing care starts with a review of what you have. If it makes sense to rebuild on our system, we'll say so and show you what it would cost.
